Sales Executive
Dubai, UAE | Full-time | Remote
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling photocopiers, multifunction printers, managed print services, rental solutions and IT products across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, field visits, online enquiries and referrals.
- Sell and lease photocopiers, printers and multifunction devices.
- Promote annual maintenance contracts and managed print services.
- Arrange customer meetings, product demonstrations and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and sales presentations.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms to close business.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in the CRM.
- Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the UAE.
- Experience selling photocopiers, printers, office equipment, IT solutions or managed print services is preferred.
- Knowledge of brands such as Kyocera, Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Xerox and HP will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and develop business independently.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi or Urdu will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given priority.
