Photocopier Technician

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Photocopier Technician to join our technical service team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing photocopiers, multifunction printers and related office equipment at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure and test photocopiers and multifunction printers.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and software-related faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
- Resolve printing, copying, scanning and network connectivity issues.
- Replace drums, developer units, fuser units, rollers and other spare parts.
- Configure scan-to-email, scan-to-folder and network printing.
- Refurbish used photocopiers and prepare machines for delivery.
- Maintain accurate service reports, meter readings and parts records.
- Manage spare parts and consumable requirements.
- Provide professional on-site technical support to customers.
- Ensure service calls are completed promptly and efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience servicing photocopiers and multifunction printers.
- Strong technical knowledge of brands such as Kyocera, Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Xerox and HP.
- Experience with both colour and black-and-white A3/A4 machines.
- Good understanding of printer networking, drivers and scanning configurations.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and identify required spare parts.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic English communication is required.
- UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence will be preferred.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference.
